THE NON-PROFIT NAVIGATOR

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little clarity before we start the conversation.

How much does a nonprofit website cost?

Core rebuilds typically range from $6,000–$10,000. Focused refreshes may cost less; larger rebuilds can exceed $20,000. These are planning ranges. We confirm your scope and fee after discovery.

Do you use templates?

We may start with a professionally licensed Elementor template and customize its structure, branding, content, and visitor experience. Bespoke design and custom software are separately scoped.

Can we edit the website?

Yes. Agreed publishing areas use WordPress and reusable layouts. We include training in your handover.

Do we supply the content?

You provide the facts, approvals, and assets. We organize collection and include agreed editing. Interviews, substantial writing, photography, and video are separate services.

Can you connect donations and events?

Yes, where supported by your agreed platforms. Premium subscriptions, custom CRM integrations, and donor-data migration are separately scoped.

Do we need a monthly plan?

No. A clear maintenance arrangement matters, but you can choose our care plan or another capable provider.

Who owns the website?

Your organization owns its domain, business accounts, and supplied content. Custom-work rights are defined in your agreement; third-party products retain their licenses.

How do revisions work?

Standard builds include two consolidated review rounds. Additional scope is estimated and approved before work proceeds.

Can you guarantee donations or rankings?

No. We can improve implementation, usability, and measurement, but fundraising outcomes and search rankings depend on many factors. Accessibility work has an agreed target and testing scope.

What happens after launch?

You receive training and handover information, with a 30-day period for correcting included implementation defects. Ongoing changes follow a care plan or a separate quote.
