THE NON-PROFIT NAVIGATOR
A clear process.
A shared direction.
You bring the mission and expertise. We organize the work, guide the decisions, and build the website around the people who need it.
THE NON-PROFIT NAVIGATOR
You bring the mission and expertise. We organize the work, guide the decisions, and build the website around the people who need it.
01
Review your goals, audiences, current site, tools, budget, and decision process.
02
Receive a proposal with deliverables, responsibilities, timeline, fees, and payment milestones.
03
Confirm your project lead, gather access securely, and set up the shared project space.
04
Use our page briefs and asset checklist to submit approved copy and files in one place.
05
Agree on a visual direction, then develop the pages and connect the agreed tools.
06
Provide two consolidated review rounds within the standard scope. New requests are estimated before work begins.
07
Check key journeys, links, forms, mobile layouts, and agreed accessibility and performance requirements.
08
Receive staff training, an account inventory, and practical publishing guidance, with an optional care plan.
We provide a shared project space with a folder for each page, a page brief for your copy, and a checklist for brand files, photographs, team details, program information, links, and account access.
Submit one approved version of each page. Name images clearly, include captions and usage permissions, and assign one team member to consolidate feedback. Use a secure credential-sharing method for access—not a public document or ordinary upload folder.
A typical core rebuild is planned over six to eight weeks after content and access are ready. Late content, new requirements, and additional approval stages can move the schedule. We’ll make those dependencies visible.
